2. What data we collect
When you submit our contact form we process the following data, which you provide voluntarily:
- name (required),
- email address (required),
- company name (optional),
- service interest (optional),
- the content of your message (required).
For abuse prevention and operational logging we additionally process your IP address, browser user-agent and the timestamp of the submission. Hosting access logs may be retained by our hosting provider for a limited period.
3. Purpose & legal basis
Your data is processed to reply to your inquiry, to take pre-contractual steps, and — where applicable — to perform a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Logging data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Recipients
Inquiries are received in the mailbox of BPO Service LTD. The website is hosted by Namecheap on EU/US infrastructure; emails may transit through the hosting provider's mail relays. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where required, to comply with statutory retention obligations. Logging data is deleted after a short period unless an incident is being investigated.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority.
7. Cookies & third-party services
This website does not set tracking cookies. We load Tailwind CSS and Google Fonts via CDN; these providers may receive your IP address as part of the technical request. The contact page includes a two-click Google Maps placeholder for our office address. Google Maps is only loaded after you actively click the map button; Google may then receive technical data and set its own cookies. If you do not want this, please do not load the map.
